HGH20CA Linear Guide

The HG series linear guides are four-row single-arc tooth-type contact linear guides. They integrate super-heavy-load precision linear courses with an optimized shape design. Compared to other four-row linear guides of the same type, the load and stress capacities are increased by more than 30%. With four-direction load characteristics and an automatic centering function, these guides can absorb assembly errors of the mounting surface and achieve high-precision requirements. The HGH20CA linear rail block can be added or substituted on an HGR20 rail. These rails are used for high-load applications where accurate and smooth operation is required. They come with a plastic spacer to keep the balls from falling out and a grease nipple.

You can choose from several slide unit lengths-short, standard, long, and greater long-depending on the dimension and series, and from three accuracy classes: Ordinary, High, and Precision. Preload settings can also be adjusted according to your application, bettering the tension of your unit besides requiring time-consuming or pricey graph changes.
