Linear guides are mainly used in mechanical structures with relatively high precision requirements. There is no intermediate medium between the moving and fixed components of the linear guide, however rolling metal balls. Description

Interchangeability

Customers can order guides or sliders as needed, and can also store guides and sliders separately to reduce storage space.

The use of four-row arc grooves, combined with 4 rows of metal balls and a 45-degree contact angle, allows the steel balls to acquire an best two-point contact structure, which can withstand loads from the upper and lower and left and proper directions; when necessary, pre-pressure can be utilized to enlarge rigidity.
