Flanged Nut Ground Ball Screw SFS1605.Ball screw makes use of balls to roll.The screw shaft has an arc contour,this contour on the shaft in accordance to a certain angle of upward thrust (lead Angle) hovering on the shaft.The ball is designed to roll in the nut,in the arc profile of the screw shaft,so it is rolling friction.Fix one end or both ends of the screw shaft along the axis,drive the ball screw with a motor to rotate,and the nut of the strip ball will go alongside the axis of the ball screw.
A ball screw is a mechanical linear actuator that interprets rotational action to linear movement with little friction. A threaded shaft provides a helical raceway for ball bearings which act as a precision screw. As properly as being able to observe or withstand high thrust loads, they can do so with minimum internal friction. They are made to shut tolerances and are therefore suitable for use in situations in which high precision is necessary. The ball meeting acts as the nut while the threaded shaft is the screw. In contrast to conventional lead screws, ball screws have a tendency to be instead bulky, due to the want to have a mechanism to re-circulate the balls bearing.
